Key Responsibilities
As a Global Lean Manager, you will be responsible for developing and rolling out a standardized lean strategy aligned with Mowi’s global operational goals. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure consistent application of lean principles across all regions and production sites.

• Develop and implement a global lean strategy
• Roll out Factory Scanning as a global standard and conduct operational audits
• Hands-on leadership of improvement projects focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and yield
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure lean success
• Standardize lean methodologies, tools, and practices across sites
• Organize training sessions, workshops, and coaching at all levels
• Collaborate with IT and other departments on tech-driven lean solutions
• Coordinate global lean initiatives and share best practices
• Identify and train local Lean Managers
• Coach leaders to strengthen lean capabilities
• Design and implement employee engagement programs for lean initiatives
• Support feedback systems to continuously refine lean efforts
• Work closely with all processing and production- supporting departments to extend lean across the value chain

What you bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior lean role within manufacturing or food production
• In-depth knowledge of lean tools (VSM, Kaizen, 5S, Gemba Walks)
• Experience with Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt is a plus)
• Strong analytical skills and experience with KPIs like OEE and yield
• Experience leading change in a matrix organization
• You’re not afraid to test new ideas and approaches
• Fluent in English intermediate in French
• Willingness to travel internationally ~50% of the time
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with international teams
• Familiarity with digital tools such as Power BI, Jira, mobile solutions and MS Teams
